Payment is made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the Payment and Delivery page.

  • Prepayment (full or partial) is available.
  • Individuals and legal entities can make payments by cash or online.
  • The balance of payment is agreed upon separately after the prepayment.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery in Ukraine – by carriers or by own transport (during installation).
  • The goods are shipped only after the order is confirmed and payment is made.

5. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns are possible within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
  • Conditions: the product was not used, the packaging, complete set and purchase document are preserved.

6. Installation and maintenance work

  • They are executed only after signing the contract and approving the estimate.
  • The company is not responsible for damage caused by third-party interference.

7. Warranty.

  • All products are warranted in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
  • The warranty is valid only if you have the following documentation: a receipt, a warranty card, and a certificate of completion.

8. Protection of personal data

All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
