We care about your comfort and guarantee fair conditions for the exchange and return of products in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Terms of return

  • You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt if:
    • the product was not in use;
    • preserved presentation, packaging and seals (if any);
    • there is a payment document (check, invoice, etc.).
  • Returns are made by prior arrangement with our claims manager.
  • Return address:
    • Megasolar office or
    • Nova Poshta №1, Poltava – with the mandatory approval of the manager.
  • The buyer shall bear all shipping costs when returning the goods if they are of good quality.

Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our manager no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the order. We will promptly check and check the item:

  • replace the goods;
  • or refund in full.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
