Place your order<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order is considered confirmed after agreement with the manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to clarify the terms of execution, equipment or provide alternatives &#8211; only with the consent of the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are quoted in UAH. VAT is included or indicated separately, depending on the conditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.megasolar.com.ua\/en\/payment-and-delivery\/\">Payment and Delivery<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepayment (full or partial) is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals and legal entities can make payments by cash or online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The balance of payment is agreed upon separately after the prepayment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery in Ukraine &#8211; by carriers or by own transport (during installation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The goods are shipped only after the order is confirmed and payment is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details are on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.megasolar.com.ua\/en\/payment-and-delivery\/\">Payment and Delivery<\/a> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns and exchanges<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are possible within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Consumer Protection&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conditions: the product was not used, the packaging, complete set and purchase document are preserved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed rules are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.megasolar.com.ua\/return-policy\/\">Exchange and Returns<\/a> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Installation and maintenance work<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are executed only after signing the contract and approving the estimate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company is not responsible for damage caused by third-party interference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Warranty.<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are warranted in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The warranty is valid only if you have the following documentation: a receipt, a warranty card, and a certificate of completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Protection of personal data<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All personal data is processed in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.megasolar.com.ua\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
